Booking Procedures All reservations must be made through our travel firm, Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited . Payment In order to guarantee your reservation; we accept non refundable deposit which would be 50% of full payment through our MICB Bank Account No. FDH 100221 and Bangkok Bank Account No. 118-4-90290-4. The remaining balance must be settling upon your arrival. Discount Policy We provide one complimentary for every 16th member of the group package. We can offer complimentary depending on tour volume. Cancellation Policy a) Tour Cancellation The clients or agent will loose their deposit as mentioned above when cancellation made before the tour starts. 45 days prior to arrival Nil 44 to 21 days prior to arrival 50% of full tour cost 20 to 15 days prior to arrival 80% of full tour cost 14 to 7 days prior to arrival 90% of full tour cost Less than 7 days in advance 100% of full tour cost b) Hotel Cancellation In case of 7 days and less hotel cancellation will be subjected to charge for one night of hotel fees. c) Domestic Air tickets Domestic air tickets cancellation must be made 7 days to prior arrival and absent and/or less than of 7 days will be charge 50% of total air fare. The cancellation no show will be 100% of air fared. Tariff Validity Price is quoted on net basic and valid according to the date specified on the printed tariffs, quotation, invoice etc. Heritage Travels & Tours company Limited guarantees that the prices or rates quoted are correct at the time of issuance but are subject to change in line with market, tax, or currency fluctuation. Child Rate The children under 11-year-old of sharing room with parents will be charged the 75% of adult fare. Infant 2 years and younger (not occupying a bed or seat in cabin of aircraft) will not be charged. Insurance Requirement It is highly recommend that travel insurance covering health, trip cancellation lost and damage luggage etc. be purchased. Responsibility & Liability Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited acts as the agent for the person in regarding to travel by any means of transportation and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the touring programs. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited will assume no responsibilities for any loss or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other causes beyond our control. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited will do its’ the best to conduct the tour as per agreement. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited reserves the right to modify or reverse the original program in the interest of the client’s .It may substitute transportation any other means of transportation when necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited, however, will make fullest possible endeavor to keep up with the original tour program and arrangements as agreed upon the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the clients. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited will make every responsible effort to assist in case of misadventure. Medical facility and care are not up to western standard and serious accidents can be happened. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited, therefore, urges all travelers and tour operators to ensure that appropriate medical coverage in place, if medical care and/or evacuation are needed. In case t of such circumstances, additional costs shall be paid by the tourists. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above mentioned. Accommodation Condition Accommodation is provided as being indicated. The respective hotel would express the condition, services, and facillities.The best available alternative hotel where the facilities do not exist would be provided. Accommodation at alternative hotels of equal quality will be provided if circumstance dictate. Tariff is twin-sharing based. There will be single supplement liable if a separate single occupation is required. The related hotel takes full responsibilities for the inconveniences if there should be any dissatisfaction during your stay. Daily breakfast, service charges and taxes at the hotels are normally included if not otherwise indicated clearly. Meals Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited provides either Lunch and/or dinner in hotels or in appropriate local restaurants, if full board or half board is indicated in the tour price. Normally, Breakfast is serving at the hotel in major cities. Meal box will be provided on various trekking and adventure tours. Guide Service Our guides would escort for all transfers and sightseeing’s. The language guides accompanying throughout the tour would be added in offered tariff. Ground Transportation Ground transportation will be provided as indicated. Heritage Travels & Tours Company Limited utilizes all vehicles equipped with air-conditioning however due to poor road conditions and poor quality of gas the function will be slightly changed in proper way. In same areas, where facilities do not exist we will provide the best available alternative. Refund Policy The entire prepaid or cashed price including service charges will be non-refundable based on the non- utilizing of the customers beyond the commencement of travel. Complaints & Claims First, all disputes, claims and litigations regarding to the services shall be settled by means of negotiation and mutual understanding. Finally, if all these efforts are failed to reach a reliable solution or successful resolution in the best term, shall be settled by means of arbitration method in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of Union of Myanmar. This Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions as above mentioned and entered between the tour operator and the wholesaler by acceptance sing below.
